Built by a Specialist, Not a Generalist
Frederick Mensah is the Founder and Lead AI/ML Engineer of Neskdor Analytics LLC. He holds an MSc in Data Science from Western Michigan University and a BSc in Computer Science from the University for Development Studies, Ghana.
Before founding Neskdor Analytics, Frederick spent over two years as a Direct Care Professional at the WMU Center for Disability in Kalamazoo, Michigan — working alongside individuals living with autism, Alzheimer's, and other complex conditions. He witnessed firsthand how every dollar lost to insurance fraud directly affects the most vulnerable people in the healthcare system: patients who depend on their coverage for the therapies and services that sustain daily life.
That experience, combined with his graduate training in machine learning and explainable AI, defines Neskdor's mission: to build AI systems that are not just accurate, but auditable, interpretable, and defensible — so the decisions they power can be trusted by regulators, investigators, and the people they ultimately serve.
